Here are the steps to try if the Q-interactive app is having any difficulty.

  1. Is the device(s) connected to CMP Wifi?
    1. Go into general settings
    2. Check Wifi
  2. Is the bluetooth setting on?
    1. Go into general setting to check.
  3. Is one device set to client and the other device set to practitioner?
    1. Go into general settings
    2. Scroll down to the "Assess" app
    3. Check the Assess Setting/Application Mode
  4. Is the IOS up to date on the device(s)?
    1. Go into general settings
    2. Click General
    3. Click Sofeware Update
    4. Install updated if available
