Here are the steps to try if the Q-interactive app is having any difficulty.
- Is the device(s) connected to CMP Wifi?
- Go into general settings
- Check Wifi
- Is the bluetooth setting on?
- Go into general setting to check.
- Is one device set to client and the other device set to practitioner?
- Go into general settings
- Scroll down to the "Assess" app
- Check the Assess Setting/Application Mode
- Is the IOS up to date on the device(s)?
- Go into general settings
- Click General
- Click Sofeware Update
- Install updated if available
