What to do if your Chromebook isn't working properly

Each campus has at least one designated individual, often a member of the front office administrative staff, who is responsible for managing Chromebooks that are not working as expected. There is no need to submit a support ticket to us. Instead, simply bring the malfunctioning Chromebook to the front office, and they will provide you with a replacement device.  No ticket needed!  The front office will handle that for you.
