  1. Locate the Audio Controls: During a Zoom meeting, find the Microphone icon (or Mute/Unmute button) in the meeting toolbar, typically located at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Access the Menu: Click the up arrow next to the Microphone icon to open a menu.

  3. Choose Audio Settings: Select "Audio Settings..." from the menu.

  4. Select Audio Devices: In the Audio Settings window, you can choose different microphones and speakers from the drop-down menus.

  5. Test Speakers and Microphones: You can also test your speakers and microphones using the "Test Speaker" and "Test Mic" options to ensure they are working correctly.

  6. Adjust Volume: You can adjust the volume of the speakers and microphone using the volume slider within the Audio Settings window.

  7. Close the Window: Once you have made your desired changes, click the "✖" in the top-right corner to close the Audio Settings window and return to the meeting.
  8. When Presentation is completed:  Choose Audio Settings and changed back audio setting prior to presentation adjustment.
